Habitat: Soil characteristics: Schriever Clay (Sk)- very deep, poorly drained, very permeable soils that are formed in clayey alluvium. Associated plant species: Bulbostylis ciliatifolia ver. coarctata, Leptochloa panicoides, Leptochloa nealleyi, Eleusine indica, Leptochloa fusca ssp. fascicularis, Pluchea odorata, Vigna luteola, Setaria parvifolia, Cyperus odoratus. Common.
