Locality: United States, Oklahoma, Latimer, Collected along unpaved road just off State Highway 82 several miles south of Red Oak. Hilly area.; Red Oak
Habitat: Area has pine weeds intermixed with hardwoods. Dark clay soil. shaded. Growing near moist ditch. Bulbed plants with bulb found 2-3 cm. below ground. Could not appreciate onion odor at the time. 6 rose-purple tepals; ovary superior. Appear to be scattered colonies.
