Locality: United States, Mississippi, Hinds, MISSISSIPPI. Hinds Co.: Jackson Quad, TR006N001E, Sec. 36. On river channel just north of Lowhead Dam.
Habitat: Sandy channel slope, on moist sands next to Pearl River.
Notes: Annual weed; flowers diminutive, cream or yellow; plants seen a couple of disturbed areas in park. Collected for the Herbarium of the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science for the 'Natural Heritage Program Field Survey'.
