Georeference Remarks:
I do not see an Eagle Pass Ranch and I did not have any luck on the internet finding a location (although it looks like it was part of a land exchange). I plotted the UTM 4 miles south of Kremmling along HWY 9 and increased the CV to 5 to cover the area.
