Description:
Herb, to about 30 cm, branching from lower nodes. Stems often pinkish, green on angles, and with pilose and short appressed hairs. Ovate leaves 5-6x2-3.5 cm, with jointed hairs (more abundant on abaxial surface); margins densely pubescent and glandular. Corolla 4 cm across, 4.5-5.0 cm long; lavender with violet guide lines, especially on basal lobe; tube, corolla veins and margins pubescent. Sepals 5, linear (<2 mm x 20-24 mm), pilose-pubescent.
