Fr linear-oblong, laterally compressed, slightly constricted on the commissure; ribs 5 per mericarp, broad and depressed, wider than the intervals; oil-tubes solitary in the intervals, 2 on the commissure; carpophore bifid to the base; umbels lateral and terminal, compound, long-pedunculate; bracts several, filiform; rays 10-25; bractlets filiform; umbellets many-fld; sep triangular; pet white; branching, glabrous herbs with once or twice ternately or ternately-pinnately compound lvs. 5, Medit. reg. and adj. Eurasia.
